One on One Yoga Sessions
These sessions will be geared towards your health condition. We will be doing a 60 to 90 minute session, with breathing techniques, postures, etc which you can practice daily, as part of your daily regime.

Setting up One on One Yoga Session
Call me at (832) 671-2631 or email me at homeopathy@outlook.com to set up a yoga session. Once you set up the appointment, you will need to complete a detailed health form. Please complete it and submit it online.
