Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, mind and consciousness. Through postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, yoga improves our overall well-being.

I have personally benefited by this practice and passionate about it, I am extending it to my clients.

SCIENCE OF YOGA

Yoga is far beyond just bending the body. The science of yoga provides the ultimate tools for enhancing human capabilities and functioning at the highest peak of body, mind and consciousness .

 

By the practice of Yoga, the body, mind and spirit are in absolute harmony with the existence.

 

Everything functions so beautifully within you, and the best of your abilities will naturally flow out of you.

 

The restlessness of the mind, intellect, and self is stilled through the practice of Yoga, the yogi by the grace of the spirit within himself finds fulfillment.

WHY YOGA

The goal of yoga is supreme consciousness, being one with yourself and one with the Universe.

 

In order to achieve this state of perfect balance and inner peace, one must first quiet the mind.

 

Yoga is about self-realization and living life in the present moment, at the most profound level. Yoga is about opening up, diving within and experiencing a deep connection with your true self. Yoga is about feeling that interconnectedness with all things and beings.

Sessions will be on Saturday Mornings 10am to 11.30am.
Each Session – $25
Jan to Jun Package – $250

ONE ON ONE YOGA SESSIONS

These sessions will be geared towards your health condition. We will be doing a 60 to 90 minute session, with breathing techniques, postures, etc which you can practice daily, as part of your daily regime.
